To release all the energy that is spent arguing about who is right or wrong, and instead use it to create creative solutions that leverage our different perspectives.
To be able to distinguish between problems that can be solved through conventional problem solving what is the best approach, who is right and polarities, which are resolved in a completely different way. Again, so that we can save the energy otherwise wasted on determining who is most right in situations where there is no single right answer, and instead learn how to use our differing viewpoints.
To contribute to a Sweden that can navigate differences with ease, from relationships and workplaces to the societal level. A Sweden where polarities do not divide, but generate energy, creativity, and direction.
