When I founded Syntesa in 2025, I followed a calling that has been speaking to me throughout my life. It took the form of a central question that has driven me for fifteen years, both intellectually and professionally: “How on earth can we ACTUALLY use differing perspectives to create better solutions?”

We so often say that “diversity and thinking differently are good things.” Yet I have encountered very few people, groups, or contexts that can truly do this when it really matters.

And I have not been able to stop thinking about the creative energy that could be unlocked if we cracked that nut.

I sensed that there was a solid answer to this question, and that sense has guided me through my work and education. Along the way, I encountered many valuable partial answers that I still carry with me. And when it finally clicked, I felt compelled to fully commit myself to it.

Now, at last, I have a robust answer to that question. And that answer is what Syntesa delivers.
