The Great
Homecoming

- Coaching for an integrated self

Working with me is not about becoming someone else. It is about restoring relationship and wholeness within yourself.

We meet the parts of you that you struggle with, resistance and other forces that block you from reaching your goals, by taking those parts seriously, listening to them, and then integrating them. When your inner world is integrated, you can move toward your goals in a new and powerful way.

Examples of what people have come to me for:

  • Setting boundaries and standing up for oneself

  • Finding and acting from one’s inner power

  • Fear of rejection

  • Performing at a higher level

  • Different forms of addiction

  • Finding one’s way back to joy in life

  • Spontaneity and agency

  • Moving toward a goal without losing presence

  • Overthinking

  • Rigid self reliance and a longing for connection

  • Stress caused by saying yes to too much and being unwilling to scale back

What does The Great Homecoming mean?

I call my coaching methodology “The Great Homecoming” because that is how it is experienced when we stop fighting and instead integrate and welcome home the difficult, destructive, and ugly parts of ourselves so that they can become a source of forward momentum. This methodology is built on approaches I have deepened over more than a decade, such as polarity thinking, IFS, mediation, and mindset coaching. Everything is aimed at helping you move toward what matters to you in a way that allows you to feel more whole and fulfilled at the same time. This stands in contrast to much personal development, which focuses on becoming more this or more that, and in doing so inevitably maintains a sense of lack.

Here is a very good text on how self development can recreate a sense of lack: The Unfoldment Paradigm

Three core pillars of this work are:

Turning resistance into wholeness. We look at what trips you up, your resistance and destructive behaviors, as a gateway to wholeness. They are not problems to be fixed, but essential aspects to be integrated.

Sustainable energy. When your inner parts cooperate instead of working against each other, you release the energy that was previously spent on inner conflict. This creates natural forward movement and goals that are sustainable over time.

A “full” self. Through The Great Homecoming, you restore a whole view of yourself and your different parts. When you can welcome and integrate even what feels ugly, difficult, in the way, or unlovable, what you previously tried to change or get past becomes part of your intelligence and healthy functioning.

When you work with me, a personally tailored AI coach is included. It is updated through our sessions and can be used without limitation, even after our collaboration has ended.

It is time to stop fighting and instead move through life as an integrated whole.
